The best thing that I think Rebecca does, and not just for me...is she always holds the other parties involved responsible for their part...from the planting of the sign to the inspection, and extremely attentive during closing. That's a great feeling to have her looking over your shoulder while signing such important binding documents!

Becky was an excellent agent when we purchased this property. She was very knowledgeable of the market at that time and was very helpful to us in recommending contractors for improvements to the property. That is why we contacted her when it was time to sell the property. We live in another state, and she helped us hire a very talented contractor to remodel the kitchen and recommended others to make additional improvements to pass the inspection and make the home enticing to buyers. The home sold for full price in 15 days. We would highly recommend Becky to anyone selling a home in the area.

Becky was amazing throughout my whole first time home buying experience. She made sure I was taken care through every step of the process. I work all sorts of crazy hours and she was always available for me anytime day or night and would even spend time after normal business hours to working on emails, getting ahold of the mortgage company/ other realtor, and preparing paperwork.
